section 30(b) of mmdr act 1957 says constitution of special courts for mining cases. but the question is, does jharkhand government have time to follow this?
in the history of mining in jharkhand, not even a single man were found guilty . so, there is no illegal mining.

Illegal mining
Mining officers are in incapable to stop illegal mining.
Even, JMMC 2004 has given power to SDO and CO to curb illegal mining...but.....in the history of jharkhand ....no SDO has lodged any complaint/ FIR in their official capacity against illegal mining.....all they do ..to call mining officers to do the further proceeding.
Mining officers are corrupt ...but what about CO,SDO AND police officers?

In jharkhand, mining is one of the major revenue earning department.
But wait!!! Government thinks the prime duty is to curb illegal mining only.
All mining offices are very much equipped with more than 18% of sanctioned strength. !! Yup , only 18%>
So, you may think, how efficiently the minibg office is working. Entire state is suffering of clerk shortage.
Mining officers are good for nothing.
They are not at all officers.
They dont have cars! They dont have houses....they dont have mobile numbers...they use their private things....as government think , rhey are very rich, and they can arrange all things by other sources like what!!! Corruption.
The departmental head....DIRECTOR MINES!!.
Waste.....he knows nothing. He is purely a non technical guy, knowing not even M of mining.
He doesnt know MMDR Act.

The directorate is full of geologists!!
Even government is recruiting geologists only....

Sand will be sold at 750 rupees across the state!!!
Just you have to put your vehicle to the jsmdc stockyard. So , now you have to get a tractor or hywa and go to jsmdc stockyard and get the sand!!! Easy....
